The pasta extruder attachment for your Precision Master stand mixer (sold separately) is a quick and easy way to make a variety of homemade pastas. Six pasta plates let you create spaghetti, small macaroni, rigatoni, fusilli, large macaroni, or bucatini. Fresh pasta can be refrigerated for short term storage, or dried to keep much longer.
